Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through drozelonfruz.world, operated by Drozelonfruz, Storgatan 22, 881 30 Sollefteå, Sweden. It applies to customers in the European Economic Area and other regions where we sell. Product information on the site is for general information only; food supplements are not medicines and we make no health or results claims.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to info@drozelonfruz.world, contact@drozelonfruz.world, support@drozelonfruz.world or help@drozelonfruz.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We may deduct from the reimbursement an amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. certain food supplements). In such cases we will inform you before purchase where applicable.

Defective goods

If goods are defective, you have rights under applicable consumer law. Contact us with your order details and a description of the defect. We will assess and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.

We may update this Refund Policy. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Changes do not affect your rights in relation to orders placed before the change.
